Stillness: Study 2

I wake this morning to a relatively cold house. In my waking, I settle into stillness. I pull warmth within as a step into my day.

My stillness is full of good energy.

I breathe out and become empty. Breathe—empty, empty, empty. And I breathe in. I gather the good energies of the day and become full of presence. I am warm.

Making a Connection Through Art Journaling

Learning how to be still, to really be still and let life happen - that stillness becomes a radiance.
