Stillness: Study 14
There is power in peace and chaos succumbs to a calm mind. The strength generated has a grounding influence. Troubles come and go as clouds - watch them - witness them. They may move the surface as wind on water, but if I am aware, I know that in the depths of me, there is a well of stillness that remains untroubled, and I can tap into that state at any time.
No external force moves my peace within.
I breathe and I am thankful. I have an inner sanctuary - a fortress of protection.
