Breathe
Reflection:
Breath. Life force. We breathe in a rhythmic flow. Sometimes - we don’t even know - such a steady companion - our breathing. We breathe in; we breathe out. We breathe in; we breath out - our breathing has a pattern like the sound of our heart beating - an unforced flow - we inhale: we receive freely. We exhale: we give freely. Focusing on breath can be a game changer. When things get tough, breathe!

Gratitude:
I am so thankful for my breath. I am grateful for how breath calms me. I am thankful that when time get difficult - I can remember to breathe. I am thankful for air. I love how there is a connection between the trees and me - in regards to breath.
