Stillness: Study 31
The Last day of December - last day of this year! This is a magical day: a gateway, a day to contemplate time. It is a day to consider the past and to look to the future. In stillness, I breathe and think on all of the wonderful people, places, things, and events that have graced my year. I exhale. I inhale and envision a magnificent future and smile as I welcome it. I exhale. I breathe in again and let go of my idea of time. I exhale and settle into the now —- I am at peace.
In stillness, eternity is revealed.
I breathe in and out. I settle into stillness. There is no beginning and no ending, I am eternity.
Making a Connection Through Art Journaling
