Stillness: Study 23
I wake with positive thoughts. I cultivate this positivity through breath and mindfulness. I also like to move my body and clear my mind through writing, art, gardening, exercise, and meditation. I have no time for fear - if I notice thoughts of doubt, worry, anxiety arise - I realize they are all illusions of a fearful mind. I acknowledge the fear and know it to be different than danger. I realize -in actuality, I am safe and secure, and I give thanks - In this process - fear dissolves and courage expands.
In stillness, fear diffuses and courage expands.
I exhale all doubt, worry, anxiety, anger —-fear. I inhale and welcome courage.
